We are sorry, eyelashes CANNOT be returned at this time due to hygienic and sanitary precautions for our customers. All products are carefully examined before shipment to avoid any misconstrued items. All eyelashes are final sale. Some exceptions may apply.

At this time, tracking is not available on standard shipping orders. However, our postage system is very reliable. The tracking option is applicable for Xpresspost, Priority and Expedited shipping. (see express shipping for details) As we continue to grow as a company we will eventually implement tracking for all orders.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to customers filling out incorrect mailing information. So please make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
Note: delays are a possibility due to weather conditions etc.

Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be implied by countries outside of Canada. Customs may also delay items in some countries.
